Professional Services Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, work independently, solve complex problems, and collaborate with customers and teams across the company. Our team works across technical, operational, business, and customer-facing areas , so we are looking for someone versatile, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical and operational issues end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes using logs, data, APIs, and system flows.
• Understand customer needs and provide practical solutions.
• Lead technical and business discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with R&D, Product, Data, and Customer Success.
• Build tools, automations, and custom solutions when needed.
• Contribute to team knowledge, processes, and ongoing improvements.
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and take ownership during incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Professional Services / Operations or equivalent experience - a MUST.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data.
• Strong understanding of APIs, HTTP, web technologies, and Internet protocols.
• Ability to investigate complex issues independently.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Advantages
• Programming or scripting experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or distributed systems.
• Experience in AdTech, SaaS, or high-scale production environments.
• Experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Previous on-call or production incident experience.
