Program Manager - Airborne EW

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our site in Holon and lead a complex Airborne Active Electronic Warfare program with an international customer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an end-to-end program with an international customer
• Develop and manage work plans, including resources, risk management, and schedules
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international customers
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and the customer’s technical representatives
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines
• Work cross-functionally within a matrix organization
• Coordinate activities with parallel program managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field - Advantage
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects in a matrix environment
• Familiarity with system development and system integration processes
• Experience in writing contractual and technical documentation
• High level of English (spoken and written), including the ability to present to international clients
• Experience working with international customers – an advantage
• Experience with airborne electronic warfare systems – an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and lead within a matrix structure
• Willingness to travel abroad
