Elem Association is looking for a Project and Donor Relations Manager We are looking for someone who always makes things happen.

Someone who identifies opportunities, connects people and ideas, produces events, leads campaigns – and turns ideas into action with real impact.

The role includes

• Leading impactful social projects from the idea stage to execution.
• Planning and producing events and initiatives for resource mobilization.
• Developing and expanding the organization’s community of donors and partners.
• Creating and leading collaborations with organizations, companies, and communities.

Job Requirements

• Experience in managing projects, communities, or donor relations.
• Ability to lead tasks and processes from idea to execution.
• Love for working in a dynamic environment, with multiple interfaces and tasks.
• Creative thinking, initiative, high organizational skills, and ability to get things done.
• Connection to technology and ability to quickly adopt new tools.
• Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
