Project Finance Lawyer

Description

Advising on BOT/PPP matters across a range of sectors, including highways, light rail, metro desalination, energy, renewable energy natural gas and other sectors. The role includes advising Israeli and international consortia participating in complex tenders, including analysis of the tender documents, assistance in structuring the consortia, support in preparing bids. The role further includes negotiating and drafting the financing documents and project agreements, such as construction agreements, operation agreements, and similar agreements, as well as providing ongoing support to sponsors or lenders following financial close.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in finance, project finance, energy, or complex BOT/PPP tenders
• Very high level of English
