QA Engineer

Description

Friends is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure our products meet the highest standards of functionality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests and report on test results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on design and implementation.
• Track and manage defects using a bug tracking system.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automation testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
