abra is hiring a Ramdor System Support & Implementation Specialist. We are looking for a Ramdor System Support & Implementation Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Provide support and operational maintenance for the Ramdor system across all modules, including user and project management.
• Work with SAP interfaces.
• Support and coordinate system enhancements and developments with the Ramdor vendor.
• Set up, manage, and maintain projects within the system.
• Analyze business and operational requirements and implement solutions within the system.
• Provide support and service to internal and external users.
• Monitor and manage system issues, service requests, and ongoing operational tasks.
• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, based in Tel Aviv.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with the Ramdor system, including system support and operations – Required.
• Experience providing user support, working with cross-functional interfaces, and supporting system enhancements – Required.
• Experience with SAP – Significant advantage.
