Lead regulatory compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle, including certifications, approvals, customer compliance support, and compliance maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory interpretation and standards review
• Testing support and laboratory coordination
• Test report review and technical documentation preparation
• Certification management and coordination with certification bodies and laboratories
• Customer compliance support

Requirements

• B.Sc. Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering
• 7+ years of regulatory compliance and certification experience
• Strong knowledge of EMC, Safety, Radio, and certification processes
• Experience working with certification bodies and accredited test laboratories
• Experience reviewing test reports and technical documentation
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to learn and expand into new regulatory and compliance domains
• Ability to lead cross-functional activities and drive issues to closure
• Preferred
• Experience with RED, CE, ETSI, FCC, ISED, CB Scheme and TÜV certification processes
• Experience with global market approvals and homologation processes (e.g., ANATEL, TELEC, MTCTE, MOC…)
• Experience with customer/operator compliance requirements (e.g., NEBS, AT&T…)
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and EN 302217-2 standards
