Description

We are a fast growing cybersecurity startup redefining how organizations defend themselves. As attackers leverage AI for high speed strikes, we provide defenders with the same capabilities. Our platform creates an AI driven Autonomous Attacker that thinks like a hacker, generating end to end attack chains across Web, Cloud, and AI applications to prioritize mitigation where it matters. Founded a year and a half ago, we've moved at lightning speed raising a Seed from CyberStarts and a Series A from Lightspeed. With offices in Tel Aviv and New York, we maintain a high transparency, low ego environment where exceptional individuals have the autonomy to make a massive impact on a category defining product. As a Research Data Analyst, you will be the backbone that turns our researchers' raw findings into structured, usable data. You will work closely with our Security Researchers to organize, validate, and enrich the vulnerability and attack data that trains our platform, and you'll eventually partner directly with developers to help translate that data into product-ready pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Collect, and structure data from research findings, exploits, and attack chains uncovered by the research team.
  • Build and maintain datasets that document attacker techniques across Web, Cloud, and AI applications.
  • Identify patterns, gaps, and quality issues across research outputs, and flag inconsistencies back to the research team.
  • Create clear documentation and taxonomies so research findings are usable and searchable across the company.
  • Partner with developers to help shape how research data feeds.
  • Build lightweight tools, scripts, or dashboards to track research coverage and data quality over time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research operations, or a similar analytical role (cybersecurity background not required, but a plus).
  • Strong scripting skills (Python or similar) for data cleaning, structuring, and automation.
  • Comfort working with technical, unstructured data and turning it into organized, structured formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security Familiarity: Basic understanding of vulnerabilities, exploits, or attack techniques.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with both researchers/analysts and engineers.
  • Tooling: Experience building internal dashboards, data pipelines, or lightweight automation tools.
