Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Africa or the Middle East. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in complex technology solution sales, a proactive business mindset, and the ability to develop new markets and strategic customer relationships.

What you will do

Drive sales and business development activities across the assigned territory. Identify and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities. Sell complex communication and technology solutions. Build and maintain strategic customer relationships. Lead long-term sales cycles, discussions, and negotiations. Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams. Travel extensively throughout the region.

Requirements

• Experience in international B2B technology sales – must.
• Experience selling complex, multidisciplinary (both hardware and software) solutions – must.
• Proven ability to develop new markets and customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and business drive.
• Fluent English – must.
• Additional language (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) – advantage.
