If you’re ready to mind what matters with us, we’d love to meet you. We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you’ll architect and maintain the distributed systems behind MIND’s data protection engine. Our stack includes Golang, GCP, Kubernetes and Temporal for orchestration, with CI/CD powered by GitHub Actions, Dagger and FluxCD.

Responsibility

What you will do? End-to-end development of backend software components (research, tech spec, development, testing, rollout, and monitoring) Drive tech decisions via tech spec and code reviews Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver amazing features Lead projects and mentor new team members

Requirements

• What should you bring to the table?
• 5+ years of experience with backend engineering for production systems
• Experience with cloud-native development (containers, cloud providers, k8s, etc.)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with observability technologies (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Understanding of LLM and agentic AI principles Hands-on experience in fine-tuning ML models
