Description
We are looking for a Senior DFT Engineer to join my team and take a key role in developing and delivering robust DFT solutions for advanced designs in an incredible growing company.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DFT engineering
- Strong experience with Siemens Tessent DFT flows and tools, including:
- SSN
- IJTAG
- MBIST
- ATPG
- Good understanding of back-end flows and their interaction with DFT implementation
- Strong scripting skills and experience automating DFT flows and debug
- Familiarity with DFT architectures and methodologies
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Educational background – BS.c in Electrical Engineering
