Senior Manager, PHY Algorithms OpenRAN, Massive MIMO

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced and passionate, PHY Algorithms Team leader for the research and design, of advanced and cutting-edge cellular communication algorithms for our All G & Massive MIMO based products.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of highly professional and experienced PHY Algorithms engineers.
• Recruit, retain, and develop the talented team members.
• Algorithmic research considering the trade-offs between performance, implementation cost, real-time, and time-to-market.
• Algorithms implementation from research to simulation level to an official release, including Matlab/C modeling, specification document, escorting implementation & integration toward high-quality releases.
• Work closely with PHY System, SW, FPGA and other stakeholders and teams.

What you should have

Previous managerial experience as a PHY Algorithms Lead or management.

7 Years’ experience with wireless communication protocols and PHY layer Algorithms.

Solid knowledge in the physical layer specifications of 4G or 5G-NR.

Former background in Massive MIMO and Beam Forming algorithms.

Good system understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, SoC).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team worker and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.

Education

M.Sc/PhD with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing
