Senior Marketing Operations Manager

A leading SaaS company providing an AI-powered platform that helps home service businesses manage their operations and drive growth, is looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Manager . In this roll, you will own and optimize the marketing technology stack, drive automation, improve data quality and attribution, and support scalable growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Operations , including workflows, integrations, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaigns, and reporting.
• Improve lead routing, campaign tracking, attribution, and full-funnel reporting.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot, databases, and advertising platforms.
• Own data quality, segmentation, reporting, and database hygiene.
• Optimize partner operations and tracking of partner-sourced pipeline.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build AI-powered and no-code/low-code automations to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and other teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations , preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub , including workflows, campaigns, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads and their connection to HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or scale-up environment.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Fluent English.
