Description

Fullpath by Cox Automotive is a fast-growing tech company in the automotive space with hubs across the US and Israel. We are disrupting the multi-trillion-dollar transportation industry with our advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP). Our work happens in the fast lane as we bring AI-powered, data-driven solutions to a quickly evolving industry. Our team at Fullpath is made up of curious and creative individuals who are always looking to achieve the impossible. We are bold, collaborative, and goal-driven. At our core, we believe every voice has value and can impact our bottom line. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead our CDP strategy. If you are a creative, solutions-oriented individual who is ready to put your career in drive, Fullpath is the place for you! This role is based in Tel-Aviv or Jerusalem and reports to the Head of Product.

What you will be responsible for

Own the strategy and roadmap for the CDP's data layer and its data sources, balancing the reliability, scale, and integration quality of a foundational layer with the pace of a live, revenue-generating product. Translate complex technical and architectural tradeoffs into product requirements and business impact, connecting platform decisions to adoption, ARR/MRR, and churn. Own both sides of the product lifecycle: the inbound work of discovery, specification, and technical decision-making, and the outbound work of launch, enablement, and adoption with customers and CSMs. Engage directly and regularly with customers, CSMs, and internal stakeholders, turning real-world data and integration challenges into product decisions. Partner closely with R&D leads and engineering to shape and execute the roadmap.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background
  • 6+ years of product management experience working on live, scaled B2B SaaS products
  • A proven track record owning complex, technical data platforms (data pipelines, integrations, or infrastructure-facing products)
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization and impact measurement
  • Experience working with US customers and the US market
  • Native-level English (spoken and written)
  • The ability to simplify highly technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • The top candidate will also have
  • A background in marketing technology or finance-adjacent domains
  • Passion and curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly applied AI
  • Comfort operating with startup speed and urgency, balanced with the organization a foundational platform demands
  • Experience working with international engineering counterparts or a parent company / strategic partner structure
  • Openness to occasional travel to the US
  • Strong leadership skills and a genuine desire to mentor others
  • You are a storyteller who can distill compelling narratives from technical complexity and endless detail
  • Why you should join us
  • An awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters.
  • A front-row seat to the strategic decisions shaping the company at a pivotal moment.
  • Direct partnership with the C Level leadership team — exposure, ownership, and visibility from day one.
  • Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced tech startup environment. As a part of our team, your success in this role is crucial to our company's growth, and we are committed to supporting you.
  • Of course - Wolt+ and lots of yummy office treats!
