About The Position

We are seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will design and build Clinch’s next-generation advertising campaign management solution. You’ll work in a cross-functional squad-partnering with Engineering, Ad Operations, and Client Experience-to build scalable, reliable systems for advanced customer data processing, activation and agentic AI- driven automation. Location : Caesarea , Israel

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and design, through MVP definition, development, launch, and iteration.
• Translate customer, market, and internal needs into clear technical requirements and KPIs.
• Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product capabilities and features.
• Own problem discovery and requirements definition for complex engineering and agentic AI–driven capabilities.
• Work closely with engineers and designers to drive the definition and delivery of new features.
• Hold project reviews with Development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Build state-of-the-art interfaces that provide users with a seamless, intuitive experience.
• Measure usage, adoption, and business outcomes for product launches and improvements.
• Drive the integration of agentic AI workflows, enabling automation, decisioning, and intelligence across the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, ideally in SaaS, data platforms, or infrastructure products.
• Ad-tech experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
• Experience building effective, user-centric web interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Fluent English.
