About The Position
We are seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will design and build Clinch’s next-generation advertising campaign management solution. You’ll work in a cross-functional squad-partnering with Engineering, Ad Operations, and Client Experience-to build scalable, reliable systems for advanced customer data processing, activation and agentic AI- driven automation. Location : Caesarea , Israel
Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and design, through MVP definition, development, launch, and iteration.
- Translate customer, market, and internal needs into clear technical requirements and KPIs.
- Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product capabilities and features.
- Own problem discovery and requirements definition for complex engineering and agentic AI–driven capabilities.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to drive the definition and delivery of new features.
- Hold project reviews with Development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Build state-of-the-art interfaces that provide users with a seamless, intuitive experience.
- Measure usage, adoption, and business outcomes for product launches and improvements.
- Drive the integration of agentic AI workflows, enabling automation, decisioning, and intelligence across the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, ideally in SaaS, data platforms, or infrastructure products.
- Ad-tech experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
- Experience building effective, user-centric web interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Fluent English.
