Senior System Engineer

Elbit Systems in Ramat Hasharon is looking for a Senior System Engineer to join a leading team developing advanced precision-guided systems. This is an opportunity to take part in the development of complex multidisciplinary systems and contribute to innovative technological solutions that combine a wide range of engineering disciplines.

In this role you will Lead multidisciplinary development projects in the field of precision-guided systems Define system requirements and develop integrated system architecture including mechanics, electronics, software/firmware, flight control, navigation, guidance and sensing systems Write system specifications, subsystem documents, integration plans and test procedures Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors in a matrix environment Be responsible for the end-to-end system development process including integration, system testing, qualification and system safety processes Lead system design reviews and technical decision-making processes Manage product configuration, internal and external interfaces and system integration activities Manage and control technical requirements, implementation processes and associated risks

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• M.Sc. in Engineering - Advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary system development projects
• Experience in system engineering roles within complex multidisciplinary projects
• Technical understanding of flight control, sensing systems, FMCW radar systems, GNSS, software and servo control - Advantage
• High capability in technical writing, configuration management and requirement definition
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams and lead in a matrix environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
