Senior System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our Netanya team, specializing in wireless synchronization, MAC algorithms, and advanced mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) products. As part of the team, you will define and optimize MAC and networking protocols, enhance synchronization (e.g., time/frequency), and integrate systems for cutting-edge wireless solutions. Collaboration with internal teams and international customers will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in wireless communication, synchronization, and MAC protocols
• Strong understanding of probability theory and stochastic processes
• Proven expertise in system development and wireless access control techniques
• Experience with MANETs and writing engineering specifications is a plus
