Senior Systems Analyst & Implementation Specialist – Order Management & Oracle Fusion Cloud About the Role Join our IT Applications – Order Management team and take a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing sales and order management processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud , while driving projects, automation, and AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Implement and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud , focusing on Order Management, Pricing, and Approvals . Analyze and design complex order processes, including Subscriptions and Recurring Orders . Gather requirements, write functional specifications, lead UAT , and support go-live. Analyze integrations between Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems. Lead projects and collaborate with business, IT, development, and implementation teams . Identify opportunities for automation and AI . Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Implementation Specialist. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud – Order Management . Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional specifications. Understanding of integrations and multi-system processes . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good English . Advantage: Experience with Subscriptions, APIs, integration tools, digital transformation, Generative AI, or AI Agents .
