Elem Association is looking for a Social Worker for the “Street Address” Mobile Unit, Petah Tikva – 50% position

Elem Association’s “Street Address Mobile Units” project operates nationwide during night hours with the aim of locating at-risk youth who need assistance and a support framework in the field.

The role includes

• Locating and assisting at-risk and distressed youth
• Working in media spaces and informal street environments
• Building and leading intervention and and treatment processes for youth and young adults
• Working in cooperation with community stakeholders
• Managing 2 street work shifts during night hours (between 20:00-02:00) + one shift during morning hours

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / 3rd-year Social Work student
• Experience working with at-risk youth and young adults
• Ability to work in a team, work under pressure, and during crisis hours
• Valid driver’s license •Availability for 2 night shifts, Wednesday – an advantage

Professional training and guidance will be provided throughout the entire period of the role.
