Job Description

Elem Association requires Social worker for the “True Home” program – an informal space for treatment and support for victims of sexual trauma – 100% position. The program takes place in Herzliya.

The role includes

-Coordination of volunteering: recruitment, training, and guidance of female volunteers in the program

-Facilitating therapeutic groups in an informal setting, building treatment plans, maximizing rights, crisis intervention

-Participation in team meetings, group training, and organizational study days

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in social work

-Knowledge and familiarity with the fields of trauma and treatment, including group therapy work

– Willingness to work in the afternoons

– twice a week Salary according to expansion order.
