Commit is looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience in software development projects , to lead and manage projects in a dynamic Agile environment .
What You’ll Do
- ✅ Plan and manage software development projects, timelines, and resources.
- ✅ Collaborate with R&D, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- ✅ Track progress using JIRA and other project management tools.
- ✅ Oversee risks, budgets, and reporting to stakeholders.
- ✅ Improve project management processes and Agile methodologies.
- ✅ Ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 🔹 At least 5 years of proven experience in software project management – must
- 🔹 Expertise in Agile methodologies & JIRA – must
- 🔹Experience working in a customer facing role- must
- 🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- 🔹 Experience working with R&D, DevOps, and architecture teams
- 🔹 Professional English – must
- 🔹 Advantage: PMP certification, experience working with senior management
