FullStack Tech Lead

Description

Join our Digital Workplace team and help shape the next generation of AI-powered solutions. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise across both backend and frontend development. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable applications, leverage cutting-edge AI technologies, and work with advanced AI-assisted development tools to accelerate innovation and improve code quality. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate and introduce new technologies, and play a key role in building end-to-end solutions that create real business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services using Python (required) and .NET.
• Build modern, responsive web applications using React or Angular .
• Architect and implement AI-powered solutions , including advanced RAG pipelines and LLM-based applications.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate technologies, frameworks, and tools that best fit business needs.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Amazon CodeWhisperer to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
• Work closely with product, design, data science, and client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive best practices in software architecture, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Stay at the forefront of AI, full-stack development, and emerging technologies.
• Lead through hands-on contribution, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead .
• Strong frontend development experience with React or Angular .
• Hands-on experience building GenAI solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
• Experience developing LLM applications with LangChain and LangGraph .
• Strong understanding of advanced RAG architectures , vector databases, and AI application design.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .
• Ability to independently research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong backend development experience with Python (required); .NET experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, ORM tools, and scalable application architectures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
