Solutions System Engineer

Description

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of integrating, testing, and fine-tuning complex, multi-sensor systems - for real-world aerospace and defense platforms. You'll own the technical side of our projects end to end, from system integration through live demos with our customers, leveraging your expertise to push the performance and capabilities of cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform system integration and lead all technical aspects of the project, end to end
• Perform system testing and validation to meet project requirements
• Optimize system performance through analysis and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
• Manage the lab and customer demos
• Document system designs and processes for future reference

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) - Systems Engineering is an advantage
• Proven experience in System of Systems design, development, integration, and test equipment utilization in the fields of C4I, communication, radars, electro-optics, and intelligence sensors
• Experience with system integration and testing methods
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective communication skills in English

• Airborne systems, qualification, and certification
• C2 systems and intelligence sensors
• Communication protocols and wireless communication
• OS and network management
• Proficiency in system design / simulation software
