Strategic Donor Relations Manager

Job Description

Elem Association is looking for a Strategic Donor Relations Manager to lead relationships with the organization’s key foundations, donors, and partners.

The role includes

• Managing and developing relationships with foundations, donors, and partners in Israel.
• Building work plans to deepen existing partnerships and develop new ones.
• Writing support requests, reports, and updates for donors.
• Representing the organization in meetings with foundations, donors, and partners.
• Collaborative work with the organization’s management and program managers to promote impactful initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Experience in resource development / partnership management or professional writing.
• Ability to build relationships based on trust, listening, and a long-term vision.
• Excellent writing and articulation skills in Hebrew and English.
• Initiative, independence, and the ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously.

*Creative thinking, orderliness, organization, and attention to detail.

• A love for working with people and quickly adopting new tools and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree graduate – an advantage
