Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to join our Strategic Procurement Department in Rehovot The role includes managing strategic suppliers, leading complex procurement and contractual activities, conducting commercial negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams The job also includes occasional international travel

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes for complex, high‑value contracts
• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, including handling complex agreements
• Manage strategic suppliers and drive long‑term supplier relationships
• Coordinate and collaborate with senior managers, corporate headquarters, and multiple functions across the company
• Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance
• Lead contractual discussions and review legal/contractual documents (T&C’s, SOW, and related materials)
• Work in a multi‑interface matrix environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law — must
• MBA — an advantage
• Legal background or degree in Law — advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement
• Hands‑on experience in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers
• Experience working with ERP systems — advantage
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and legal agreements — advantage
• Experience in supplier management — advantage
• High interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work across matrix organizations and multiple stakeholders
• High level of English
• Willingness to travel abroad
