System Engineer

We are seeking a talented System Engineer to lead projects in the field of IR (infrared) systems You’ll be part of a dynamic System Engineering team, responsible for driving development processes from concept to delivery
Key responsibilities include
- Designing system architecture, structure, and simulations
- Defining technical requirements and coordinating cross‑disciplinary teams (hardware, firmware, software, and testing)
- Performing system‑level testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Managing collaboration with local subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – preference for Electrical / Electronics
- Master’s degree – an advantage
- Experience in IR systems, hardware development, or signal processing – strong advantage
- Willingness to travel abroad (approximately 4–5 trips per year)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong technical writing ability
- High‑level English proficiency
