System Engineer for development of advanced Helmet-Mounted Systems

In this role you will Lead the development, integration, and implementation of advanced head systems for pilots and ground forces Define system requirements and perform engineering analysis Design system architecture and adapt technological solutions Manage system integration and end-to-end testing activities Support transfer to production and operational implementation processes Work closely with development teams, customers, and suppliers in Israel and abroad Provide technical leadership for complex multidisciplinary projects and collaborate with multiple interfaces

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering - Advantage
• Experience as a System Engineer or in multidisciplinary systems development - Advantage
• Experience in system testing, transfer to production, and implementation - Advantage
• Experience with airborne systems or military systems - Advantage
• Experience leading technical teams - Advantage
• High level of English
• Strong self-learning ability, systems thinking, teamwork skills, ability to motivate others, and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
