Systems Engineer

For our Ramat HaSharon / Ramla site, we are seeking a Weapon Systems Engineer to lead the development of advanced guided weapon systems The role includes system requirements definition, multidisciplinary development leadership, integration, verification, and flight-testing of complex airborne defense systems

In this role you will

Define system and subsystem requirements Develop system specifications and engineering processes Build development, verification, and validation plans Lead multidisciplinary development activities Plan and lead complex system and flight-testing campaigns

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or a relevant engineering field – advantage
• Approximately 5 years of experience in system engineering roles within multidisciplinary development programs
• Proven experience in the development of missile systems, guided munitions, airborne systems, or aircraft platforms
• Experience working with military systems – advantage
• Strong technical understanding across multiple engineering disciplines
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization
• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities, including requirements management and configuration control
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in dynamic environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
