Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

We’re looking for a motivated and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at CodeValue . In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer stage. You’ll also take part in employer branding initiatives , help strengthen our presence in the tech community, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment (E2E) process for technological positions.
• Conduct proactive sourcing across multiple platforms and channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align recruitment efforts with business needs.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing — experience from an agency or placement company
• Genuine interest in the tech industry and motivation to learn about new technologies and roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach.
