Description
CodeValue is looking for a Tech Lead & C# Expert to join a challenging R&D project developing mission-critical systems in a high-quality, complex environment. This is a full-time, on-site position – 5 days a week in Yehud , combining hands-on development, technical leadership, solution architecture, and R&D leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and R&D team.
- Design and develop reactive, service-based systems with messaging and asynchronous communication.
- Take ownership of solution architecture and technical decisions.
- Combine hands-on C# development with technical leadership.
- Work with complex and evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.
- Lead planning, execution, schedules, and technical delivery.
- Work in air-gapped environments .
Requirements
- Strong experience with C# / .NET .
- Experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead / R&D Lead / Solution Architect .
- Experience with service-based, messaging, and asynchronous systems.
- Experience with mission-critical systems and high-quality software.
- Experience in air-gapped environments – advantage.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in corporate or defense environments.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
