Tech Lead, Data & AI

Description

We're seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI & Data solutions. Reporting to the VP of Data & AI, you'll own technical decisions end-to-end, from architecture and technology selection through production deployment, while leading external development teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience, including Data and/or AI systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience with production environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Search, RAG, or Information Retrieval technologies.
• Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (2-4 times per year).
• Advantage
• Background in defense or intelligence.
• Experience in secure or air-gapped environments.
• Existing security clearance.
