Technical Manager

We are looking for Elbit Systems is looking for a Technical Manager for an Airborne Command & Control (C2) System at our Haifa site, within the Advanced Solutions and Strategic Programs Directorate, to lead a project in the field of airborne connectivity This role includes broad engineering leadership of a multidisciplinary system integrating software, hardware, communications, avionics, and user interfaces, alongside the development of C2 systems for airborne platforms, ground control stations, relay stations, and integration with joint multi-domain command and control systems

In this role you will Provide technical leadership for a project in the field of airborne C2 systems Be fully responsible for the engineering and system aspects of the project throughout the entire system lifecycle, from development through operational deployment at the customer site Lead system integration processes on various airborne platforms and ground-based sites Manage and synchronize all technical interfaces between development teams, system engineering, integration, testing, customers, and end users Define and lead system-level solutions for complex technological challenges Lead troubleshooting investigations, failure analysis processes, and implementation of corrective actions Support ground tests and flight tests in Israel and abroad Be responsible for system configuration management, customer requirement adaptation, and integration into diverse operational environments Lead design reviews, technical discussions, decision-making processes, and interfaces with customers and senior stakeholders

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or Technology Management - Advantage
• Experience in technical leadership of multidisciplinary projects involving complex systems
• Experience working with command & control systems, communications, avionics, or airborne systems - Advantage
• Experience with integration processes, system testing, and operational deployment
• Ability to lead and drive multiple interfaces in a dynamic and matrix-based environment
• High level of English proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Strong independent work capabilities, systems thinking, initiative, and complex problem-solving skills
