- Coordinate with customer support to address performance-related issues.
- Create detailed reports on product performance for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics analysis.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
