Technical Product Manager \ Systems Engineer - AI And Innovation

Do you have a strong engineering background and a passion for building AI-driven products? We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can bridge between technology and product, drive innovation, and turn complex systems into intelligent, data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and integration of AI and NLP capabilities within large-scale operational systems
• Define product requirements, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with Engineering, Data, and UX teams
• Manage POCs and innovation initiatives from concept to implementation
• Translate user and operational needs into practical, scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams, researchers, and operational
• users to bring ideas to life

What We’re Looking For

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management or senior engineering roles
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Software, or related field)
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, data integration, and AI/LLM solutions
• Ability to connect engineering execution with product strategy and user value
• Systems-level thinking and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
• Advantage: background in defense, homeland security, or C4ISR domains
