Technical Support in Priority ERP System- Payroll Specialist

The role includes providing professional support for the Payroll module in the Priority system, accompanying customers, analyzing and resolving issues, and implementing solutions from the characterization and setup stages through to go-live.

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Payroll Specialist — mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Patience, active listening, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help.
• Strong technological orientation and ability to learn information systems.
• Diligence, self-learning abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to solve complex problems efficiently and quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Good English proficiency.
• Experience in providing customer service and support – Advantage
• Experience in implementation, system rollout, or user guidance in payroll systems – Advantage
• Experience working with reporting interfaces to authorities, such as National Insurance, Income Tax, pension providers, and others – Advantage
• Experience in training users or delivering professional training sessions – Advantage
