Testing Technician

Description

We are seeking an Electronics Practical Engineer to join our Testing and Integration Department, working on the testing and integration of boards and real-time systems that include microprocessors, graphics circuits, and analog and digital circuits. The role includes preliminary testing of new boards received from subcontractors, component programming, board bring-up, integration of assemblies, environmental stress screening (ESS) testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical experience and in-depth knowledge of component-level electronics repair – required
• Understanding of digital and analog circuits – required
• Good command of English – required
• Experience operating and using testing equipment, including Digital Scope and DVM – required
• Experience using Signal Generator, VME Analyzer, and PCI Analyzer – an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook – required
• Experience reading ORCAD schematics – required
• Knowledge and experience in assembly integration – an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of graphics circuits – an advantage
• Experience with JTAG / Boundary Scan testing – an advantage
