Theoretical Physicist – Qubits and Gate Dynamics

Quantum-Art is a full-stack quantum computing company developing state-of-the-art quantum computing systems based on trapped-ion technology, encompassing both hardware and software. As part of our mission, the Theory and Algorithms Group models and studies qubit dynamics in our quantum processing units (QPU) and develops novel quantum gates and coherent control schemes. We are seeking a highly skilled physicist to join this group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and validate gates and circuits.
• Develop tools for efficient characterization of QPU performance.
• Collaborate extensively with the QPU group in developing and operating scalable quantum computers.
