Description

The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, banking relationships, payment operations, and financial risk management. The role ensures the company maintains adequate funding to support its operations and growth while optimizing treasury processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions and liquidity requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor and optimize working capital and cash utilization.
  • Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Oversee domestic and international payment operations, including supplier payments and intercompany transfers.
  • Manage credit facilities, bank guarantees, and other financing arrangements.
  • Monitor foreign exchange (FX) exposures and execute hedging strategies when required.
  • Establish and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with banking, treasury, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support strategic initiatives, fundraising activities, and M&A transactions from a treasury perspective.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Prepare treasury reports, liquidity analyses, and management presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional treasury certification is an advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in treasury
  • Experience in a high-growth B2C environment, preferably in online, gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or digital businesses.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking products, and financial risk management.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and treasury management systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
