Elem Association is looking for a Treatment Coordinator for “Migdalor” Kiryat Malachi-

Neighborhood youth center in cooperation with Elem Association and the Ministry of Welfare – 66%/ 75% position

• Direct, individual, and group work with at-risk youth
• Coordination of the treatment area in the center – building and monitoring treatment plans
• Contact with various treatment agencies in the city
• Guidance and training of professional staff and volunteers
• Work during unconventional hours (2-3 shifts in the afternoon and evening + morning)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Social Work / Clinical Criminology / Psychology – mandatory
• Experience working with at-risk youth • Experience in guiding and accompanying professional staff
• Experience working with community stakeholders – an advantage
• Creativity and mental flexibility, initiative, multicultural sensitivity
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
