Our US Transaction Tax practice is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager or Manager to lead high‑impact deal advisory projects, drive tax strategy, and influence the outcomes of major transactions across various industries.

🔍 What You’ll Do

✅ Lead US tax due diligence for M&A, divestitures, and strategic transactions ✅ Develop and execute innovative tax structuring strategies for buyers, sellers, corporate and PE clients ✅ Review purchase agreements and guide post‑closing reorganizations/PMI ✅ Collaborate with top professionals — attorneys, CFOs, directors, and tax specialists ✅ Build trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for tax‑efficient value creation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• CPA or licensed attorney (dual qualification = strong advantage)
• 2+ years of experience in US tax advisory, M&A tax, or international tax
• Hands‑on experience in due diligence and deal structuring (advantage)
• Strong technical skills in US domestic & cross‑border tax
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and teams in a fast‑paced environment
