UX/UI Designer

Description

We are seeking for a UX/UI Designer to join our existing UX/UI team and support the design and delivery of digital products across the company. The role focuses primarily on translating product requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and high-quality UI designs that can be handed over to development.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on product requirements.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team and Product Managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Design and refine screens and flows for new features and existing products.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final product.
• Conduct basic competitor research and explore design patterns when needed.
• Maintain consistency with existing design systems, visual language, and UX standards.

Requirements

• Strong UX/UI design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense.
• Ability to turn requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.
• Good understanding of UX principles and user flows.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the UX/UI team.
• Experience designing complex digital products is a strong advantage.
• Experience in fintech or trading platforms is a plus.
