A product leader who can lead a team of 12 PMs and make a difference, while making sure every product manager becomes the best version of themselves. The role

You own the product. From strategy to sprint to revenue. Set the product vision and own the roadmap Lead, grow, and level up a team of 12 product managers Be the voice of the customer - to our research and development teams Work shoulder to shoulder with R&D to ship what matters, on time Drive our AI product strategy - this is where the category is going, and you'll take us there

Requirements

• 10+ years leading product in enterprise B2B software, including managing managers
• Cybersecurity product leadership - with good technical understanding
• Proven track record of embedding AI/ML into products
• Battle-tested in complex enterprise sales cycles and hybrid SaaS + on-prem environments
• Good presentation skills - internally and externally - you are the voice of the product
• Bonus points
• Security validation, pentesting, or attack simulation background
• High-growth, VC-backed experience
