Product Manager – Ramdor

Location: Tel Aviv

Ramdor, part of Top Group, develops a cloud-based platform for managing complex construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. The platform supports hundreds of projects and hundreds of thousands of users across safety, quality, scheduling, document management, budget control, business processes and field operations

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and manage core product domains within a complex B2B platform, from identifying customer needs through launch, measurement and continuous improvement

:Responsibilities

Own multiple product domains, including roadmap planning, prioritization and day-to-day product decisions

Lead product initiatives from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement and iteration

Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI and business teams

Develop a deep understanding of users, business processes and field workflows

Work directly with customers to identify needs, challenges and new opportunities

Identify and implement practical AI use cases that reduce manual work and simplify complex processes

Define requirements for APIs, integrations and data flows with external systems

Use data, user feedback and customer insights to guide decisions and measure success

Requirements

• Two to four years of Product Management experience in a B2B software environment
• Proven experience leading products or features from concept to launch
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations and data models
• Analytical mindset and experience making data-driven product decisions
• Experience working with AI-powered tools or products, including a practical understanding of their capabilities and limitations
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous challenges
• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Advantages

Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment

Familiarity with construction, engineering, real estate, ERP or project management systems

Experience managing products across both web and mobile platforms
