Elem Association is looking for a Youth Coordinator for work at a center for at-risk youth in Holon – 50% position

Leading processes of identification, engagement, accompaniment, and intervention for adolescents and young adults at the youth center
Working in cooperation with community stakeholders and volunteers
Availability to work in the evenings

Job Requirements

Experience working with adolescents and young adults on the risk spectrum
Ability to work in crisis situations and function under pressure
Availability to work in the evenings Professional training and guidance will be provided throughout the entire period of the role
