Elem Association is looking for a Youth Coordinator for work at a center for at-risk youth in Holon – 50% position

The role includes

• Leading processes of identification, engagement, accompaniment, and intervention for adolescents and young adults at the youth center
• Working in cooperation with community stakeholders and volunteers
• Availability to work in the evenings

Job Requirements

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults on the risk spectrum
• Ability to work in crisis situations and function under pressure
• Availability to work in the evenings Professional training and guidance will be provided throughout the entire period of the role
