AI & Automation Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain GenAI solutions, agents, automations, and digital workflows.
  • Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from requirements and development through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage CIP, identifying and implementing productivity opportunities enabled by AI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across GIS, and IT organizations & PDC discipline, .
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with the GenAI Core Team roadmap and priorities.
  • Define and develop KPIs to measure solution adoption, productivity gains, and business impact.
  • Drive training, and user adoption for implemented solutions.
  • Contribute to GenAI governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Provides software development and business process expertise to other members on various standard programs / issues.
  • Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.
  • Profile
  • Technical background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Automation, or related fields.
  • Experience developing and implementing digital, automation, or AI-based solutions.
  • Strong execution, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
