BI / Data Developer – Long-Term

Description

We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Developer to join our Data team! If you're passionate about building end-to-end data solutions, translating business needs into data products, and leveraging AI to accelerate development, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt and Apache Airflow
• Design and implement data models that support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives
• Develop BI applications and dashboards in Domo , delivering actionable insights to business users
• Build reliable data pipelines and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
• Work closely with analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data quality, performance, and reliability
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and Zero-Code/Low-Code workflows to improve productivity and accelerate delivery

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a BI / Data Developer , or in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills and solid Python development experience.
• Proven experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes.
• Must have hands-on experience with dbt and Apache Airflow .
• Experience with modern Data Warehouses, preferably Snowflake .
• Experience developing BI solutions and applications in Domo .
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Proven experience using AI development tools as part of the development lifecycle
• Experience working with Zero-Code / Low-Code development processes and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS data services
• Experience with SQL Server and performance tuning
• Experience integrating REST APIs and SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices
