Job Description

For a holistic model in cooperation with the Welfare and Education Department, which includes a range of informal responses for at-risk youth

• Work with at-risk youth
• Shift management at the “Hafuch al Hafuch” center and street outreach van
• Work in the virtual space
• Guiding/accompanying youth, young men and women
• A role that combines therapeutic abilities, management, and intervention in crisis situations
• Work in cooperation with community stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in the field: Criminology/Social Work/Informal Education – mandatory
• Experience working with at-risk populations – mandatory
• Non-judgmental, humane, and inclusive attitude
• Ability to work in crisis situations and function under pressure
• Start date – immediate

Professional training and guidance will be provided throughout the entire period of the role
