Hardware System Engineer

We are looking for a Hardware System Engineer with strong system-level understanding and broad technical vision to lead the development of advanced company products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational needs and define hardware solutions and system architectures.
• Develop system requirements and product specifications while maintaining a broad cross-project perspective.
• Provide technical leadership for product development, working closely with R&D teams, program managers, and manufacturing organizations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment and drive technical activities across multiple interfaces.
• Support product integration into larger systems and participate in system integration processes and validation activities.
• Demonstrate strong system thinking, fast learning capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – an advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in hardware development within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong ability to write technical documentation in English.
• Experience in the development and management of military systems – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong system-level perspective and analytical thinking.
• Very good English proficiency.
