IL Tactical Buyer (Kiryat Gat, IL, IL)

Stratasys is the largest 3D printing solutions company in the world.

We are looking for an experience Tactical Buyer to join our Procurement team in Kiryat Gat.

In this role you will

Plan and execute procurement of raw materials from global contract manufacturers and suppliers

Manage purchase orders end to end – from issue to delivery: Send purchase orders to suppliers, maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information, handle discrepancies in invoices, payment transfer and purchase orders

Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with the supply chain and production lines, contract manufacturers and suppliers.

Confirm production/shipping schedules, monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries

Vendor day to day management, improve vendors performance, on-time-delivery responsibilities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree in Business, logistics, Supply Chain or related field. B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity
• Good knowledge in Office MS, familiarity with Oracle – an advantage
• Excellent Teamwork skills
• High customer service orientation
• High level of English
• The position is located in Kiryat Gat.
