In House Lawyer

Description

Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to senior management on significant issues. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing a wide variety of commercial contracts with Company’s international customers, suppliers and partners. Interacting with all other Company departments in Israel and with our subsidiaries abroad. Setting up subsidiaries abroad and managing external law firms in different territories. Handling data protection / privacy related issues. Dealing with IP matters, patents and trademarks related issues.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial international law; preferably working in a legal department of a technology company or in a hi-tech department of a law firm.
• English – Native / Full professional proficiency – must.
• Efficient team player, service oriented, can operate independently while multi-tasking.
• Dynamic and pro-active personality.
• Hard worker, well-organized.
